Vinyasa level 2/3 – This is an intermediate level class appropriate for ALL levels. This is a more dynamic vinyasa class than level 1/2; however there is still attention to proper alignment and adjustments. You will explore creative variations of powerful standing postures, arm balances, twists, back bends and hip openers. While moving towards your “edge”, you will feel supported by the detailed instruction, proper alignment cues and adjustments. This class is also a playful experience that leaves you feeling empowered! Breath and movement are synchronized to build heat, balance the nervous system and revitalize the body and mind. Modifications offered for beginners and more advanced practitioners. Be prepared to sweat, have fun, and explore your practice in a new way.
