Vinyasa level 2-3: This is an intermediate to advanced level class. Level 2-3 is a more dynamic Vinyasa class than level 1-2. While there is still attention to proper alignment and adjustments, it is assumed that students have an understanding of foundational posture alignment. You will explore creative variations of powerful standing postures, arm balances, twists, backbends and hip openers. While moving towards your “edge," you will feel supported by the detailed instruction, proper alignment cues and adjustments. This class is also a playful experience, leaving you feeling empowered! Breath and movement are synchronized to build heat, balance the nervous system and revitalize the body and mind. Modifications offered for practitioners where appropriate. Be prepared to sweat, have fun, and explore your practice in a new way.
